Decision Making from Accounting Perspective: How to make an optimal business decision by using accounting methodologies? We will introduce two accounting concepts: Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) and Operating Leverage. Practical examples will be drawn on to explain how to use CVP Analysis to decide on needed sales for break-even or targeted profit and how to use Operating Leverage as a risk indicator to assess the company profit changes.
